The tender plot for Fernvale Land received a total of 7 bidders. The land parcel was put up for tender in early 2020. The tender pricing for the site drew a competitive result of between $500-555 per square feet per plot ratio (psf ppr). The top bidder went to Frasers Property or FCL, which submitted a price of $286.5 mil that translate to $555 psf ppr. Second place went to Sing Holdings and MCC Land which lost out by a mere 0.5%. The price awarded roughly indicates that this Executive Condominium will sell around $1000-1100 psf. This is quite comparable to the recent EC tender site at Canberra Link, which is about $566 psf ppr, and Tampines Avenue 10 EC land parcel which is about $578 psf ppr.
Frasers Property is a local real estate company that develops, owns, and manages properties globally.
