The Developer

Tiara Land Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB). SDB was founded in 1962 and was listed on the Kuala lumpur Stock Exchange in the 1960s. They started off with the company’s sole business in tin mining. This carried on for over 2 decades before their move into dredging operations. The company move into a fully focused property developer was back in 2004, after a period of consolidation. Their activities includes hotels, property management, and real estate development. Their recent launches in Singapore includes a long list of property portfolio such as the recent One Draycott and Jui Residences. MYRA will be their latest addition to their portfolio. The land size is estimated to be about 1667.53 sqm or 17,949.1 sqft in size, which will house around 85 residential units upon completion. Previously comprising of 17 parcel of land, the different parcel was collectively purchased SDB. The purchase from individual seller was through a willing seller willing buyer basis. This total up to an approximate RM180.05 mil or around S$60m.
