The highest bid was awarded TID, a joint venture between Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan. The latter came in at $232.34mil. Parcel B sits on a plot that spans over 116,455 sqft and is expected to yield about 265 residential units. This would thus translate to $1130 psf per plot ratio based on the top bid price being submitted by Lentoria Developer.
