So the question comes to how much does Home Staging Companies really cost? There are plenty of home staging company in Singapore that charges a fee for home staging. A good gauge is to take 0.3% to 0.5% of your selling price. That is excluding the cost of monthly furniture rental which they do charge. This charge is normally borne by the seller, or by agents that charges 3% commission of your selling price.
