Parc Komo - Introduction
Parc Komo is a development formerly located along Upper Changi road. The previous development, Changi Gardens, went through a collective sales by Chip Eng Seng Crop with a price tag of S$196 million in October 2017. This is a 27% premium of the original asking price. However in today’s market, Chip Eng Seng is confident that Parc Komo will be a hit in the eastern region, with an average psf of $1450. Knowing that the currently leasehold price is already above the average psf, Parc Komo offers a price that is much lower with an additional benefit of being freehold.
