Copen Grand is a 99 years leasehold Executive Condominium located in the Forest District of Tengah Estate. Set along the future road of Tengah Garden Walk, the site was put up for Government Land Sales in 2021. The tender was close and announced by the Housing Development Board (HDB) on the 3rd of June 2021. This very first EC in Tengah has been awarded to the highest bidder, Taurus Properties SG, a joint venture between CDL and MCL Land. After factoring in construction costings, architect fees etc, Copen Grand at Tengah Garden Walk will likely be selling for an average of $1200 psf, depending on unit size.
