Formerly known as the Liang Court, it is an iconic building with mixed residential, commercial, and hotel component that sits beside the banks of Singapore River. It will be slated for redevelopment that will comprise of an all new 2 residential tower consisting of 696 units up for sale. Formerly owned by Ascott Reit, the residential and commercial components will be sold off to joint venture CDL and CapitaLand. CDL Hospitality Trust, under a forward purchase agreement with CDL, will own the hotel which will comprise of an estimated 460 – 475 rooms.
