Midwood is the latest condominium launch in District 23 of Singapore. Developed by a subsidiary of Singapore’s publicly listed Hong Leong Group, this development is tucked in a private corner of Hillview Rise. The development will feature a towering 29 storey high condominium with a total of 564 units ranging from various mix of bedroom types. There will also be 6 level of surface parking in the multi storey carpark block. Facilities can be found spread throughout the ground level and also on roof level of the MSCP. Coming back home, residents will be welcomed back by a grand and wide entrance. A sheltered pickup and drop-off point is built near the entrance for the comfort of residents and visitors in times of rain and shine. 

On special occasions, residents can book the function room for family and friends. The clubhouse and function room overlooks beautiful water features especially at night when it lights up.

Midwood Condo is located along Hillview Rise, just beside The Hillier. The land size is around 154,000 sqft and is zone for residential development. This site was put up for government land sales back in mid 2018, with Hong Leong Group (Under their subsidiary Intrepid Investments and Garden Estates) clinching the top bid at S$460 million. The price and gross floor area of 430,879 sqft works out to a price of $1067 psf per plot ratio (PSF PPR). This bid is almost S$100mil higher than the GLS bid over at Dairy Farm Residences

Moving towards a smart nation, this GLS land aims to developed via a new concept, with the winning bids cited for its productive edge apart from the bid price. Such includes the extensive usage of Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction or PPVC, Building Information Modelling-based scheduling with the usage of QR code to track on project schedules, cloud based logistic tracking, and many other usage of technology to increase productivity and decrease manpower.
