Listed developer GuocoLand have announce its target launch of Martin Modern, which will be the latest new luxury condominium launch in district 9, to be set around the second half of the year. Martin Modern Condo have attracted a total of 13 bids, with Guocoland coming in on top at $595.10 million, which translate to S$1,239 psf ppr. Coming in second is Hong Leong Group, at 1.2% lower. The remaining bids came below S$1200 psf ppr. The private residential site is located along Martin Place, sitting on a 99 years leasehold plot in district 9.
